Architects
For architecture studios with parallel projects.
What your day looks like without Gustave H.
Three projects running in parallel, each client changes something every week, suppliers slow to respond, the carpenter calls you for the tenth time. And you're designing or on-site when you didn't reply to the client's last WhatsApp.
What Gustave H. executes for you.
// 01
Carries the context of every project
What stage it's in, decisions made, what the client asked, what's missing. You ask about a project and it sums it up.
// 02
Coordinates with suppliers and trades
Messages, calls, reminders. If the carpenter said Tuesday and didn't deliver, Gustave H. flags it Tuesday afternoon.
// 03
Answers clients with natural voice
When they call about a recurring question, replies what's already on file. If it's a decision, forwards the message with context.
// 04
Sends weekly project updates
Client summary: what advanced, what's coming, what needs deciding. You approve and it sends.
// 05
Briefs you per project, daily
Three projects, three blocks. What happened, what was asked, what decisions you need to make.
A regular day.
08:00
You arrive at the studio. Gustave H. sums up the three projects: Project 1 waiting your sign-off on baseboards, Project 2 client asked to change fixtures, Project 3 on schedule.
11:00
You're on-site. The phone rings. Project 2 client asking about fixtures. Gustave H. answers, explains the two options you'd already reviewed, leaves it that the client decides and follows up.
14:30
Lunch. Gustave H. sends what's pending: three supplier messages, two awaiting response, one warning of a week's delay.
17:00
Back to the studio. Gustave H. tells you the client picked fixture option B and left confirmation on WhatsApp.
19:30
Close. All three projects have their update ready to send once you approve. Two decisions flagged for tomorrow.
