OrvixLabs is an Argentine hybrid agency based in Necochea, Buenos Aires. It designs, builds and operates systems with artificial intelligence. Gustave H. is one of its products.

Why Gustave H.

The name comes from the lead concierge of The Grand Budapest Hotel, the 2014 Wes Anderson film. Monsieur Gustave H. is the embodiment of impeccable service: he anticipates what the client needs before being asked, remembers every preference, keeps calm in chaos. The crossed gold keys emblem in the logo is the real pin of Les Clefs d'Or, the international society of elite concierges, which Gustave wears on his lapel in the film.
